Blood Orange Jalapeno Margarita Recipe

In a cocktail shaker tequila, fresh blood orange juice, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup (agave nectar can also be used here). Add ice and shake until the drink is well chilled.

Pour cocktail into two margarita glasses.

Taste to check the heat level, and continue to steep if a stronger infusion is desired (i left the slices in for a full 4 hours). 1 1/2 ounces sour mix. Pour the drink into a glass filled with ice and top with a dash of orange bitters, if desired.

Add vodka, juice, simple syrup, and 2 drops thai green chili cocktail spice and shake with ice. Squeeze one of the lime wedges (1/8 lime) into a glass filled with ice. In a small bowl, stir together salt and chili pepper for the rim.

4 slices blood orange, for garnish; In a large pitcher with lots of ice, mix the blood orange juice, lime juice and simple syrup. 1/2 tablespoon mole negro sauce, for optional rim.

For this recipe i am skipping the triple. Pour through a metal sieve to remove the jalapeno slices and. Place the oranges and jalapeno in a glass jar or container.

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed orange juice; Put the blood orange juice, lime juice, tequila, and triple sec in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for about 20 seconds. Garnish with thin slices of blood orange and jalapeno.

Dip your glass into the honey, then into the salt/sugar mix. Garnish with blood orange slice. Place a few slices of jalapeno in a cocktail shaker and muddle, be careful not to add too many slices or the drink will be too spicy.

Garnish with a slice of jalapeño. Bring the ingredients to a boil and boil one minute. Seal and store in a cool, dark place for 4 to 6 hours, then remove the jalapeno.

1/4 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice, from 1 lime wedge. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the jalapeño pepper slices, then add the blood orange. Juice the lime to get 3/4 ounce of fresh lime juice (1 1/2 tablespoons).

Cut one of the halves into quarters. 2 tablespoons of jalapeno infused tequila; 2 tablespoons superfine sugar, or to taste;

Rim the glasses with raw sugar and lime zest. Garnish with limes and jalapeno slices.
