Beat together eggs, ricotta cheese, sugar, vanilla, orange zest and ½ tsp cinnamon until creamy. Pour the filling into the chilled shell. In a large bowl, beat together the ricotta and sugar until smooth.

Cover the crust edge with foil and place pie in the center of the oven.
